If you want to see results you have never before seen….

…you need to do things never before done. Or things done before, but not consistently enough. Or things done before, for a day or two, only this time, strive to make them into a lifetime habit.

Take responsibility for your own health, well-being and energy! That doesn’t mean filling yourself with junk, fizzy drinks, coffee, sugar, white bread, white rice, white pasta, pasties,processed meats, ready meals, saturated fats,fast food, chocolate, cakes and pies, alcohol, and tobacco and then when you get sick, demanding of another person “Heal Me!!” Don’t wait to get really sick! Start healing yourself now. Everyone needs healing of something. Consider your own health. What is lacking?

Poor digestion, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, lethargy, poor skin, excess weight, lack of energy, falling asleep every time you sit down, body like lead in the morning, unexplained inflammation, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, respiratory problems, aches, pains, headaches, mood swings, foggy concentration, unexplained sweating….

Your body is amazing! It’s an absolute miracle. They believe the immune system has about a million different processes and substances working within it, but many of these reactions are fuelled by nutrients, vitamins, minerals and other phytochemicals.

 If your diet is mainly based round everything above, and rarely sees a plant, let alone an unprocessed plant, even a raw plant, how can your system work at it’s best? Love your body for what it is– the home for your inner self, your mind, your heart, your spirit, your soul. Treat it kindly, even sacredly.

Seek after abundant health, no matter where you are at now. Wherever you are at, you can move forward if you are proactive about what you do and do not put into your mouth! The more positive changes you make, the more likely that you will enjoy greater benefits, but if you feel the need to make changes slowly, then go slowly. Just choose something to start with that you want to change, and start today.

  1. My friend from the Islands…this is one phrase I always say to myself and to others…if you want to achieve something you’ve never achieved before, you have to do something you’ve never done before…it’s as simple as that!!
